all the information as shown
on this example. Of
particular importance for
purposes of prevailing wage
law enforcement are the two
areas circled. Should
improper classifications
and time records be the suspected
methods used by an unscrupulous
contractor, when an audit
and investigation is commenced,
copies of the check stubs
should be reviewed for the
correct information.
Additionally, CCR §16000 (Title
8) defines "General Prevailing Rate
of Per Diem Wages" to include all
contributions and/or employer payments.
